Welcome! Greetings to everyone who got to this page through the LSMA Alumni Association and fellow alums worldwide! My warmest regards to you men and women of “The Long Gray Line,” wherever you may be.
It’s been a few years since
we’ve seen THIS guy, hasn’t it? I never realized how much being a LSMA grad meant to me until they decided to close the school. An important part of my youth is passing away; a part I thought would remain long after my bones had crumbled to dust. I visited the campus last fall with a photographer friend of mine and I think she did a splendid job capturing the beauty of the land on which the school stands. The structures, however, are quite another story. It’s a sin the way they’ve let the place go. Nevertheless, these few pages celebrate the natural beauty of the campus. How much do you want to bet that in five years it’ll be gated condos? Enjoy it while you still may. |

warped and out of whack the marble is from lack of maintenance. |
